Dear consumers, lets start asking for compensations from companies if we write reviews or provide any service, a compensation for spending our valuable time. If the companies can benefit from our reviews on their product line what do we get in return? I might sound greedy, but if a cable or internet goes out, do you get a discount on disrupted service? NO! But they are eager too prorate you on services and/or charge you late payment for any of your mistakes. Also, why do we pay online fees for online payment? We did all the work, and save the companies on their postage. In addition, why do we get the tap on document fees, shipping fee, and advertisement fee for buying a vehicle? So why not just order it directly from the factory than we can probably save money on advertisement fee and document fee. After all those fees, dealers molest your vehicle with their crummy sticker on back; ask for a discount if you are going to advertise their dealership on your vehicle! Mortgage closing cost, why pay money to barrow money? is interest not enough. We should wake up and be more vocal on the miscellaneous charges, which they trying to get every dollar from us. Most of the companies in US are becoming greedy and their service deteriorates as days go on, so lets play the same game on them. DEMAND COMPANSATION!!!!

The Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 was easy to install, however, I am unable to use it. When I try to make a call, the message I get states call failure due to firewall. When I called Logitech support, they told me the issue was with my router and to call them. The router support cost me nearly $35.00 for them to walk me through their firewall system, and after doing so, I am still unable to make a call. What a waste of my money.

The webcam works well enough, it does what it’s supposed to do, and that is video chat, and it does that very well.
However, most of the extra features regularly break and force me to reinstall the software if I want to use the avatars and amusing graphics. I’ve yet to figure out how to fix these problems without having to pop in the install disc again.
A nice webcam, but worth $70? I doubt it.
